I recently got the chance to go to the British Airways Bucharest Office and I have to say—it was a wonderful experience. I had to make an impromptu adjustment to my flight back to London, and the crew couldn't have been nicer. The lady who helped me was professional, collected, and had an extremely friendly attitude, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Although there was a slight queue, it all happened fast, and I left with a new ticket and a smile. The office itself is tidy and well-organized, and all the people I dealt with spoke perfect English. It's not often nowadays to see such genuinely friendly in-person customer service, so I felt obliged to leave this review. Well done, British Airways Bucharest staff—keep going!
