📌 1. Age-Appropriate Content Policy
Only educational, constructive, and entertaining content suitable for children is permitted.
Content involving violence, fear-inducing elements, offensive language, profanity, sexual references, or misleading material is strictly prohibited.
All uploaded content must undergo manual moderation before publication.

If login/registration is required, verifiable parental consent must be obtained for children under 13, in compliance with COPPA.
Data encryption and privacy firewalls must be used for all sensitive information.
📌 3. Reporting & Content Monitoring
A "Report" or "Flag" button must be available to report inappropriate content, users, or behavior.
Reported content must be reviewed and, if necessary, removed within 24 hours.
Both AI-based and human moderation should be implemented for content review.

If a chat system is active, it must:
Automatically filter offensive words.

All communications must be end-to-end encrypted and logged.

A separate child profile control system must be in place.
Parental control options should be made available for guardians.

Weekly or monthly activity reports should be sent to parents via email.
Parents or teachers must have access to behavioral tracking and content usage reports.
