Reetika graduated from medical school with honors in 1996 and subsequently trained in pediatrics and neonatology in various institutions in Australia and overseas. During her training, she received the Young Investigator Award from the Perinatal Research Society of the United States, giving her the opportunity to conduct research in neonatal health with leading researchers in the US. At the RCH, she has been a pediatrician in the Learning Disabilities Clinic, the Behavior Clinic, the ADHD Clinic, and the School Function Program Clinic.
