He has extensive expertise in valuation, market analysis, and strategic risk
management. Holding a Master’s in Global Risk from Johns Hopkins University
and a Bachelor’s in Business, Rus is also an RICS-registered valuer, Associate
Member of RICS, and FMVA certified. He combines valuation expertise, risk
analysis, and business acumen to provide global perspectives and enhanced
due diligence to clients worldwide.
Rus has signed off over 30,000 RICS Red Book-compliant reports for clients
including banks, top-tier developers, and private entities. He also has a proven
track record in operational performance, strategic planning, team
management, and experience in real estate brokerage and insurance sectors.
