Our training company originated in November 2021, we started this company to help players focus on their individual development in relation to their technical skills, movement off the ball, and improve their confidence. This training program will precisely change how each player moves with and without the ball. Each player over the course of 8 weeks will demonstrate core strength, precise functional movement, and much better technical skill on the ball.
