Background Core Made of Three Pieces of Aluminum

I'm going to demonstrate the three-piece aluminum background core to you today

I'm going to demonstrate the three-piece aluminum background core to you today. You will find three aluminum cores, which are exceptionally lightweight, inside of this box.

You will notice that two of them have an additional bracket on the inside. Additionally, you will need an Allen wrench because you will need to tighten these brackets using it. So, what exactly is this object? For the most part, it is intended to be inserted into a paper core, such as an ordinary four and a half foot or nine foot long paper roll, like the wild man paper that we sell here, which prevents the actual paper core from sagging. As a result, after some period of time, when you install the paper roll, it wants to sag in the middle because it does not maintain a straight rigidity. This is the reason why all manufacturers recommend that you always put the paper directly down.

The next step is to put this together. You will be separated into three distinct groups. You are going to have two of them already have this expander bracket, and this one is the one in the middle. You will discover that it possesses a hole, but there is no expander attached to it.

This is the proper method for assembling. When we turn the screws clockwise, one of the ends expands and locks into place. Since the other core is present, we can conclude that this one has been put together. What we need to do is check to see that this one is not currently tightened up to an excessive degree. I'm just very light, and it won't rotate because what we need to do is put this pipe on that one. The reason why it won't rotate is because we need to do that. Since it has grown, we are no longer able to proceed with this.

In order for us to resolve this issue, we need to remove this screw, which is not the core screw. In addition to this, there is another screw that hasn't been removed. Because of this, pulling it out is simple, and once it's out, you can use your fingers. It will release enough tension for you to feel comfortable taking it out on a regular basis. Once the other core has been moved to the top of the support, we can then remove this core line. It does not make a difference if it is still as restricted as that. The thing that you need to do is release a little tension back here, so I'm going to do that now, and it should slide back into place.

Once it has reached that point, we can screw this back because we do not want to screw this screw out of the hole. This will allow us to slide the screw firmly onto a line, and once we have done that, we will remove it and ensure that we have an Allen head so that you will not have to screw the entire thing in by hand. Once you get started, it won't fit, and then we can take it all the way down with our Allen wrench, starting from the bottom, but then it will start to expand the bracket, so I'm stuck with it. At this point, it feels a little bit more real. I am unable to move. I can only make sure that this one is tight as well, and after that, we will be able to pass through it in a secure and unobtrusive manner so that it will not jam any paper cores or fabric. After that, all that is required of you is to cross to the opposite side and repeat the previous step.

OK, guys, we've got the aluminum core, and it's all put together at this point. I moved it to the support for the background. There are two different approaches to take here. The paper roll method is one option, and there is also the fabric option. Allow me to demonstrate how to install the paper roll and what the first step is that needs to be taken.

You can see that the paper roll we were using has moved there, but if you want to move it back, I can show you this core. It is going to go through the aluminium tube, and then you are going to bring it to the black plug. Once it is in place, we will make the necessary adjustments. It is not necessary to tighten it up an excessive amount. It will not slide around because there is friction, despite the fact that it is expanding.

Then the next thing that we have to do is position our lifting shaft support in the background of our picture. The support has a narrow slit, which can be inserted into the gap in this manner. Because of this, we need to make sure that the cage is horizontal; we do not want it to be vertical, as this will prevent our chain from being able to slide into the opening. Because we don't want the paper to just rotate and slide it onto the paper when we move, I have a small piece of drawer liner here to prevent that from happening. Now, one thing to keep in mind is that the aluminum core of the paper core is a little narrower than the paper core. This is an important thing to keep in mind.

Because a roll can be purchased from Wal-Mart for five dollars, and because it will provide you with a significant amount, we only need to cut a small piece here. In order to ensure that it is securely wrapped around, we will need to use an additional piece of professional instructor tape. After that, you will be able to use tape. Or, if you want to be lazy like me, you can now push it inside the core. You will want to make sure that it is tight, but once it slides in like that, we can give it this way, and then you will see that the paper now rotates with the lifting shaft. This is because it shouldn't just rotate on an actual core. Now the lifting shaft is installed on all of our supports in the same way. As a result, whether it's a single support or a three support, our automatic pulling system makes the installation of everything very simple and quick, just like that. The aluminum core can be covered with fabric, that's a possibility. It is not entirely straightforward.

It won't be as smooth as paper, but let me explain how I did it: first, I took a piece of straw and covered it with tape or gap sealer. The simplest way is that we want to reverse, so I put the sticky side, so once I go there, I will stick it here, it will slide, and then I will take another piece of the same size, and then stick it on the core, so that I can fix another piece of tape and get any big bubbles I put in it, and then we will put the actual fabric, which I have put on our pole here because we have pockets there that are sewed with all the rope row backgrounds, and then we will slideIt will get stuck a little, so you will need to put it on it and make it move, which will be a little troublesome because it will stick to the tape. However, once you have taken it over, you will be able to tighten it, and before you do so, you should make sure that the other end is fixed. This is the opposite side of the coin. Simply grab it once it reaches that level of tightness, and it will be fixed; after that, we can rotate it using the actual lifting shaft system. Once it reaches that level of tightness, just grasp it. Now that we have finished, we can roll up our fabric once more. This method will not maintain perfect seamlessness, but it is a quick and easy way to get your background. Since you only have black, white, and gray, you need to change the scene as quickly as possible. This is an excellent approach.
