Do traditional PGDM programmes prepare students for leadership roles?
Every management programme promises to build future leaders, but I'm curious about what that actually looks like in practice. When considering an MBA programme in Delhi, I think it's worth asking how much emphasis is placed on practical learning alongside academics. Business simulations, live projects, mentorship, and industry interaction can often make the transition from classroom to workplace much smoother.
While exploring different approaches, I came across Vedica Scholars, and its focus on combining management education with practical experience caught my attention. I found this whilst researching, in case anyone else is comparing programmes: https://vedicascholars.com/
If you were choosing an MBA programme today, what would matter most to you? Real-world learning, faculty expertise, placements, or opportunities to build leadership skills?
